Design in the Capital
Bringing together a select group of exciting London-based entrepreneurs, Agora Founders Club hosted an unique design-focused evening at Lights of Soho exploring the different verticals that design exists within and its impact and relevance to the success of a business.
The evening began with a panel discussion between speakers Rohan Blacker (Co-Founder of Sofa.com and Pooky), Philip Slade (Creative Director at Keko London), TP London herself and James Malcolm Green (Founder of Wick & Tallow), who also led the discussion as chair. Points covered included thoughts on how we define design and what design means to each of the four speakers; the conversation also explored the importance of design in each individual speaker’s businesses, how technology has influenced design and the importance of good design in today’s work in terms of measuring success.
Unique design is ultimately the cornerstone on which Tessa has built her jewellery brand and she was delighted to be able to take part in such an insightful evening with so many inspiring names from the industry.
