Walpole Brand of Tomorrow

We are delighted to announce that Tessa Packard London has been selected as a 2017 Walpole Brand of Tomorrow, the prestigious programme in association with Mishcon de Reya and Sloane Point Partners, which this year celebrates a decade of nurturing the British luxury tastemakers of the future.

TPL is immensely proud to be a part of this year’s group of twelve trailblazing luxury brands – which include board game designer Alexandra Llewellyn, accessories brand Hillier Bartley and shoe designer Camilla Elphick – on the esteemed programme which provides a series of year-long workshops and one-on-one mentorship from some of the UK’s most experienced luxury leaders and entrepreneurs. Past mentors have included Gillian de Bono, Editor of the FT’s How To Spend It; Nick and Giles English of Bremont watches and Jo Thornton, Managing Director of Moet Hennessy.

Founded in 1990, Walpole is a unique alliance of 170 of Britain’s finest luxury brands, including Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Rolls-Royce and Boodles, whose mission is to promote, protect and develop the unique qualities of British luxury: the long tradition, rich heritage, superior craftsmanship, innovation, design, style, and impeccable service at the heart of the industry – currently worth over £32 billion to the UK economy and predicted to reach £51 billion by 2019.

Brands selected for the highly contested Brands of Tomorrow programme, whose inspiring alumni include The Business of Fashion and Emilia Wickstead, exemplify the highest standards of quality, style and craftsmanship and all aspire to develop into full Walpole members, with the ultimate goal of becoming an established and highly successful British luxury brand, paving the way for generations to come.

We’d like to thank our friends of the brand and clients for their relentless support of the years and look forward to a bright future ahead!
