Hide and Seek Earrings [13]
9ct yellow gold, black rhodium and brass key earrings
The Hide and Seek Earrings are one of our most popular, everyday earrings. Here, black brass keys are suspended from elegant 9ct yellow gold hoops to create fun but effortlessly cool drop earrings. For those with multiple ear piercings, these are the earrings for you – they look really great when worn three at a time.
If one pair of keys aren’t enough, we also sell these keys individually so that you can mix and match the key drops as you like (or even wear two keys on one hoop). For those who want their hoops in other precious metals, we also offer a sterling silver option on which to hang your keys. Please email [email protected] to enquire.
The Hide and Seek Earrings have featured in such publications as Conde Nast Traveller.
The Hide and Seek Earrings hail from our Once Upon a Time in My Secret Garden jewellery collection, which is inspired by the landscaped gardens of William Kent and Capability Brown, the exotic menagerie’s of George Stubbs and Jacques-Laurent Agasse, and the writings of William Shakespeare, Phillip Pullman, Lewis Carrol and Frances Hodgson Burnett (amongst others). The key motif here represent the many weathered and antique keys that would have been used to open the greenhouses, grottos and walled spaces within these famous (and often secretive) gardens.
