Best of British emerging brands curated by the TP London team descended on Percy Street for a Christmas grotto.
Organised in association with #GivingTuesday and Society of Young Philanthropists, the Secret Christmas Grotto was more than just a pop-up. The showcase of nineteen British brands – ranging from jewellery, mens fashion and art – demonstrated that there are realistic, workable ways of integrating charity into young businesses and emerging fashion labels. 10% of all sale profits were donated by each exhibitor to a charity of their choice, with charities such as Sara Charlton Foundation, Snow Leopard Trust, Crisis at Christmas and Syrian Supper Club benefiting from the fair.
A series of workshop discussion panels also ran alongside the pop-up event, raising awareness of the important partnership between fashion and philanthropy, but also exploring the nature of giving and aid during the festive season.
